You can now order the handset from Apple or any other largest retailer, like Amazon.
The iPhone 4S release date in UK is 14 October along with the US, France, Germany and Canada, meaning that you can get iPhone on retails stores and from your mobile carrier.

Orange
Orange is be offering the 16GB iPhone 4S with year contract with the cellphone for free if you are willing to drop £46 a month, while at the other hand you will need to spend £309 in first payment and then £20 a month over 24 months.
For the 32 GB capacity version iPhone 4S, a £20 a month, two year contract means you will need to spend £449, and for the 64GB on the same contract it is whooping £519.99.
T-Mobile
You can get the 16GB iPhone 4S for free if you are willing to sign up to a two year £45.96 a month contract, or you can sign up to a £25.45 24-month contract and pay £239.99 for the cellphone itself.
If you prefer bigger storage than 16GB and are willing to stick with £25.45 a month contract over 24 months would mean you pay £379 for the 32GB and £449 for the 64GB option at the time you buy the device.
Three
Three released its full iPhone 4s price and tariff plans and is taking orders online, over the phone and in Three stores.
One of the most popular and cheapest tariff options is £30-month over 24 months. This tariff includes (300 minutes, 500MB of data) and the handset with this tariff costs £129 upfront for 16GB, the 32GB £219 and the 62GB £309 – considerably cheaper than competitors.
Additional tariffs include 16GB iPhone 4S for £49 if you’re willing to drop £35 a month. Three also offers free 16GB iPhone with 24 month contact and monthly payment as low as £43 but unfortunately there is no fee deals one the 32GB and 64GB models yet.
Vodafone
Vodofone UK start to sell iPhone 4S on 14 October. The 16GB versions of iPhone is available on different 24-month tariffs with most popular tariff plan at this point tariffs starting at £26 for a 100 minute and 250MB bandwidth. With the same tariff you can get 32GB model for £439 up front and the largest 64GB for unpleasant £519.
Just like other mobile carriers Vodafone offer free iPhone 4S with 24-month contact and you’ll need to spend £46 a month for 16GB model and whooping £62 a month for 32GB version. 64GB iPhone 4S isn’t available for free.
Our recommended tariff by Vodofone is the £36 a month deal for 600 minutes unlimited texts and 500MB data. You will need pay £159 up front on the 16GB iPhone 4S, £239 for the 32GB and £319 for the 64GB model handset.
iPhone 4S is also available with 12 or 18 month plans if you are ready to pay even higher monthly fees.
O2
O2 will start to sell iPhone 4S on 14 October and so far they haven’t released tariff plans or handset pricing.
Tesco Mobile
Not much details about iPhone 4S availability and tariffs at Tesco Mobile but they have created page on their website with statement that iPhone 4S is coming soon but no further details are given.
Virgin Mobile
Virgin Mobile will diffidently sell iPhone 4S, but has not yet released any information about the release and tariffs.
iPhone 4S Price comparison in UK
From our calculations, the best deals generally come from Three. The most expensive ones – generally (but not always) – are with Vodafone but they are the only operator that offers 12 or 18 month contract along with 24 month contract.
Bellow you can see chart of iPhone 4S cost of ownership on all major mobile carriers in UK over the 24 months. Three comes out cheapest in many of the contract plans. If you’re looking at large data or phone use, though O2 and Orange also work out cheaper. It is really difficult to compare all data, minutes and texts, but this will give idea for total costs on each mobile carrier.
